At Siemens, we deliver projects that transform industries, infrastructure, and communities. We are looking for a Programme Integration & Controls Specialist to partner with our PMO Head and Programme Managers, helping drive excellence across major cross-business-unit programmes and project portfolios.
This is a unique opportunity for a project control or PMO professional who is ready to broaden their impact—moving beyond traditional reporting and controls into a role focused on integration, governance, delivery performance, and strategic coordination.
As a Programme Integration & Controls Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects and programmes are delivered in a coordinated, disciplined, and transparent manner. Working across diverse delivery environments—from flagship strategic programmes to business-as-usual portfolios—you will help create clear visibility, strengthen governance, and enable successful outcomes across teams, contracts, and stakeholders.
While Business Units retain ownership of project execution and commercial performance, you will provide the integration, assurance, and delivery support that helps teams perform at their best.
This will include:
Driving programme and portfolio integration by coordinating across project teams, Business Units, and stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery interfaces.- Supporting governance and delivery assurance through integrated planning, risk and change management, performance reviews, and execution discipline.
- Enhancing programme visibility by maintaining accurate reporting, dashboards, milestones, and performance metrics that support informed decision-making.
- Facilitating effective stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment, consistent messaging, and reliable single-source project data.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, sharing lessons learned and contributing to stronger PMO processes, tools, and governance practices.
You are a collaborative and analytical professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and alignment to complex delivery environments. It is likely that you will have:
- Experience in Project Controls, PMO, Project Coordination, Project Management, or Delivery roles, ideally supporting multiple projects or programmes simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of project planning, governance, scheduling, risk management, and delivery controls.
- The ability to influence and coordinate diverse stakeholders within a matrix organisation, without relying on formal authority.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Exposure to infrastructure, systems integration, engineering, or other multidisciplinary project environments will be highly regarded.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects while developing expertise in programme integration, governance, and delivery assurance. You'll gain exposure to complex stakeholder environments, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape the way projects are delivered across Siemens.
If you're looking for a role where you can influence outcomes, improve delivery performance, and make a meaningful impact across multiple programmes and portfolios, we'd love to hear from you.
