We are seeking a skilled carpenter with experience in:
- Studying drawings and specifications to determine necessary materials, dimensions, and installation procedures.
- Ordering and selecting timber and other materials, and preparing project layouts.
- Cutting materials, assembling, and nailing cut and shaped parts.
- Erecting frameworks, panelized systems, and roof framing, as well as laying sub-flooring and floorboards, ensuring structural accuracy.
- Installing fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior wall cladding, and fitting doors and window frames.
- Assembling prepared wood structures and fittings for installation.
- Cutting wood joints.
Additional skills:
- Experience with constructing concrete formwork.
- Ability to repair existing fittings.
- Familiarity with working with plastic laminates, Perspex, and metals is a plus.

Pay: $73,500.00 – $100,000.00 per year
