Location: Bardwell Park Office
Position: 3 days per week (21 hours total)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NDIS Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, coordinate services, and build independence over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement NDIS participant plans aligned with their goals
- Liaise with participants, families, providers, and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and ensure services remain within funding limits
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records (Nightingale)
- Facilitate participant reviews, reports, and onboarding processes
- Support participant independence, capacity building, and community engagement
- Identify risks and ensure compliance with NDIS and ACS standards
- Advocate for participant rights and deliver person-centred support
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience working within the NDIS
✅ Strong understanding of NDIS standards and processes
✅ Relevant qualifications (Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
✅ Current driver’s licence and relevant checks
✅ Arabic language skills (desirable but not essential)
