ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at RMC Duntroon, Canberra. This role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience looking for a stable full-time position.
- Assist with food preparation, meal service and cleaning
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support dining room and service operations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
