Talent Acquisition Team Leader - Make an Impact in Healthcare Recruitment
Lead, inspire and deliver in a role that shapes the workforce behind Canberra’s healthcare services.
As our Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you’ll guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, customer-focused recruitment services across Canberra Health Services. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the right people are placed in our critical roles - supporting quality care for our community.
In this pivotal position, you’ll use your sound judgement and expertise to navigate ACT Public Service legislation, partnering closely with managers across the organisation. You’ll build trusted relationships, provide clear and practical advice, and ensure recruitment outcomes are timely, accurate and fit-for-purpose.
You’ll also assist the Senior Talent Acquisition leadership team drive strategic sourcing initiatives, helping to attract top talent for hard-to-fill roles and strengthening workforce capability where it matters most.
What you’ll bring to the role…
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to service excellence, along with experience applying public sector frameworks and legislation. You will have confidence in engaging with stakeholders and influencing outcomes and carry a proactive approach to sourcing and the delivery of recruitment outcomes.
Experience in healthcare or public sector recruitment will be highly regarded.
