In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering complex transport infrastructure projects across rail fleet and fleet infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with Transport for NSW standards, safety, and quality expectations
This role will see you lead the development, delivery and management of high-profile projects, overseeing design, procurement, testing and quality assurance activities, while navigating complex stakeholder environments and contributing to continuous improvement and capability uplift across the function.
You will lead and deliver high-quality project outcomes in a fast-paced, technically complex and stakeholder-rich environment, driving efficiencies, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining strong performance against time, cost, quality, and scope objectives.

About you
Your project leadership, stakeholder engagement and technical delivery expertise formed across major infrastructure, transport, engineering or construction environments will see you successfully deliver complex projects, resolve technical and operational challenges, and drive quality outcomes across multiple project phases, leading to successful project delivery, improved service outcomes and strengthened organisational capability.
You’re recognised as a strategic and outcomes-focused project leader, skilled at influencing stakeholders, managing contracts and delivering large-scale projects, with experience in infrastructure project management, procurement and contract management, testing and quality assurance, and working within regulated or government environments.
Strong experience working with Engineering/Technical standards would be highly regarded.
