We are seeking a professional, engaging and results-driven Injury Management Coordinator to join our friendly, dynamic and inclusive team. In this key role, you will coordinate the effective management of workplace injuries and workers compensation claims, supporting employees’ physical and psychological wellbeing throughout their recovery journey.

- Ensure ongoing compliance with NSW workers compensation legislation.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to support the effective management of workers compensation claims.
- Develop, coordinate and monitor Recover at Work programs for injured or ill employees.
- Provide practical support to employees experiencing physical or psychological injury or illness.
- Monitor and manage workers compensation claims costs in line with organisational objectives.
- Contribute to injury prevention and injury management training and provide support to the broader Work Health and Safety team.

You will also bring sound judgement, strong influencing skills and the ability to work strategically with leaders, employees and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing workers compensation claims and coordinating return-to-work procedures.
- Strong understanding of current workers compensation and work health and safety legislation.
- Experience supporting claimants and managing complex claims to achieve positive outcomes.
- Return to Work Coordination Certificate.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet agreed timeframes and maintain high quality standards.

- Experience facilitating training or coaching internal
