About you:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or be actively working towards this qualification
- Proven experience working within a nursery environment
- A genuine passion for delivering a high-quality, nurturing learning space for infants
- A strong commitment to a holistic approach to children’s learning and development
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of the service
