Catalina club restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to be part of our dynamic and professional team.
As the Supervisor, you are responsible for the seamless running of the restaurant in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and directing staffs.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the restaurant Manager in day to day operations
- Manage the restaurant in the absence of the restaurant Manager
- Ensure excellent service and hospitality by training, coaching, and providing feedback to the FOH team
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure good communication between FOH and BOH
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by implementing operational improvements and fostering a positive work environment
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all areas of the venue
- Taking order, greeting diners, delivering food to the tables and clearing plates and resolve complaints from diners.
Training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a permanent part time role, 32 hours approx per week.
