Your new role:
As a Relief Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across Community and Oral Health services, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of clinical teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
Provide reception, customer service and administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff.
Support multidisciplinary clinical teams with appointment scheduling, data entry, secretarial services, meeting coordination and maintaining confidential patient records.
Work autonomously and collaboratively to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and ensure the efficient operation of the service.
About you:
We're looking for a proactive and adaptable administration professional who thrives in a busy healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and maintain accurate records.
