West HQ Ltd is recruiting for an experienced gaming manager who thrives in a busy club environment, knows how to lead people, understands the commercial side of gaming, and has the confidence and judgement to make the right call when it matters.
In this role you will have the opportunity to influence everything that matters. From the energy and presentation of the gaming floor, to the performance and development of the team. From member experience and operational standards, to compliance, safety and responsible gaming. You will be the leader setting the standard.
Reporting to the General Manager Gaming, Compliance & Operations, you will have broad operational responsibility for the gaming environment and the people who make it happen.
You will:

Oversee day-to-day gaming operations.

Drive revenue growth and customer engagement strategies.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.

Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance within a dynamic, regulated environment. -
Drive gaming performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with members and customers.

Ensure the highest standards of gaming compliance and operational integrity.

Manage incidents, complaints and challenging customer situations.

Use data and operational insight to improve both commercial and customer outcomes.

Maintain a safe, welcoming and professionally presented gaming environment.
Who are we looking for?
A proactive and professional leader with superior gaming knowledge including systems and procedures with the ability to create the right ambiance, atmosphere and service levels.
What do you need to be considered?

Significant gaming management experience within a large club, or licensed venue.

Proven experience successfully leading and developing a large operational team.

Strong knowledge of gaming operations and NSW regulatory requirements.

Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Hospitality, Frontline
Management or Business Management (or equivalent). -
Experience in supervising and performing gaming and cash
handling duties. -
Conflict management, player resolution, critical reasoning skills

Leadership in delivering a consistent, high-level of customer
service. -
An understanding of current gaming compliance requirements.

A willingness to work varied hours outside of 9am-5pm Mon to Fri to support the team in peak times.

RSA, RCG, and ARCG Certification.
