The School Assistant - TAS is a role within the College’s Technology & Applied Studies (TAS) Programmes, working within the Trade Skills Centre & Technology Hub. The role works closely with teaching staff in the preparation, delivery and follow up of classes to ensure that all classes are delivered in a safe and effective manner that maximises learning outcomes for students. The School Assistant - TAS will assist teachers as required and ensure that at all times rooms comply with relevant Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
The job will entail some lifting and cleaning responsibilities requiring the successful applicant to possess sound levels of health and fitness.
This role is 32 hours per week, days and hours by negotiation.
