About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to be part of our Cyber Security Operations Centre, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Senior Cyber Security Analyst role safeguards the organisation’s information systems by identifying, analysing, and mitigating cyber threats. This role performs alert investigation and incident response including cyber threat hunting.
Working in the Cyber Defence Centre as part of the Technology & Communication Services Command of NSW Police offers the chance to contribute to one of the largest police forces in the western world while shaping cutting-edge capabilities that directly enhance community safety and modern policing. It also provides exposure to rapidly evolving cyber environments, next-generation policing systems, and a growing, well-resourced team committed to combating emerging digital threats.
The successful candidate must be willing to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV National Security Clearance within 12 months from commencement in the role.
