ROLE PURPOSE
The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional Back-to-School experience for schools, parents and internal stakeholders. This role supports customers throughout the ordering journey, ensuring online order forms and product lists are accurate, enquiries are resolved promptly, and orders are successfully fulfilled.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Generate quotes and support new Back-to-School opportunities.
Build, maintain and update school and parent online order forms and product lists.
Support customers throughout the ordering process and manage enquiries within agreed service levels.
Review and update customer information across CRM and business systems.
Coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Category, Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements.
Monitor orders, assist with amendments and follow up on fulfilment to support delivery timelines.
Generate reports and maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Customer service, customer success, administration or order management experience.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
