Japan City Macquarie is looking for an experienced Full time kitchen staff now.
Requirements are:
- Responsibility & Reliability
- Fast learning and moving skills
- 1-2 years experience in any Japanese restaurant kitchen
- Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills
- Good Teamwork and Respect to others
Main duties will be:
- Food Preparation & Fish Handling
- Making Sushi , sashimi and rolls.
- Assisting a chef
- Maintaining Cleanliness
Working hours will be mainly 8:30-15:30 (except for Thursday 16:30-21:30 ) 40 hours a week including Saturday & Sunday.
Wage will be $1,358 weekly+ Superannuation (12.5%) + Annual Leave
