ABOUT US
At Prestige Inhome Care, we're more than a care provider, we're a family committed to improving lives by supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.
For over 20 years, we've delivered high-quality, person-centred care to our communities. As we continue to grow, we are investing in our people, leadership and capability to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for both our clients and our teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Full Stack Software Developer, you'll play a key role in our ongoing digital transformation, building and supporting the applications, integrations and systems that keep our business connected. You'll work across the full technology stack, developing front-end, middleware and back-end solutions that improve the way our teams work and ultimately enhance the experience of our clients.
Working closely with our Software Engineering Manager and IT Product Manager, you'll take requirements and turn them into practical, scalable solutions. From developing new functionality to troubleshooting issues and improving existing applications, you'll be involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys variety, wants exposure to complex integrations and enterprise applications, and is looking to grow their technical capability in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment. We value people who are proactive, curious, communicate well and take ownership of their work.
You'll be working with:
- SQL Server, C#/.NET, React, TypeScript and JavaScript.
- A modern integration environment connecting multiple in-house and third-party business systems.
- End-to-end application development across front-end, API and database layers.
- New features, system enhancements, integrations and production support activities.
- A business-wide technology transformation program delivering real operational impact.
ABOUT YOU
You're a hands-on developer who enjoys solving problems and seeing your work make a real impact. You're comfortable working across multiple layers of an application and have the confidence to take ownership of development tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
You have strong analytical skills, communicate clearly and proactively, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Most importantly, you're curious, adaptable and motivated to continue developing your technical expertise while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.
YOU WILL BRING
- Successful completion of a relevant tertiary qualification in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Solid relevant experience developing software applications across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing, troubleshooting and optimising queries, stored procedures and database solutions.
- Experience with C#/.NET development.
- A working knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or Vue.
- Experience working across both custom-built and third-party systems and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand requirements, ask the right questions and clearly communicate solutions.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in aged care, healthcare or disability services will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
