About the Role
This casual position requires regular weekend availability, with additional weekday shifts available during school holidays and as needed throughout the school term.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to children and families.
- Supervising the play gym to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the facility.
- Assisting with birthday parties and special events.
- Processing bookings and payments.
- Setting up and packing down activities and party rooms.
- Supporting the team to ensure every family has a fantastic experience.
- Office and administration support.
- Assisting with group programs and activities.
- Potential involvement in the general day-to-day running of the business.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Available to work weekends (essential).
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people.
- Passionate about working with children of all abilities.
- Confident delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, punctual and takes initiative.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed.
- Physically capable of cleaning, setting up equipment and being active throughout the day.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, childcare, disability support, education, recreation or a similar role.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
