ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Assistant, you will play an integral role in delivering an elevated customer experience and bringing the Unison brand to life within Myer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating memorable and personalised experiences through every customer interaction
- Providing styling advice and support to help customers define their personal style
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation through visual merchandising, stock management and housekeeping standards
- Processing customer transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and key business objectives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in a fashion retail role, with a strong sense of personal style and passion for fashion
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to create meaningful experiences
- Confidence using point-of-sale systems and handling customer transactions
- A strong eye for detail and passion for styling and visual merchandising
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
