Due to business growth, Ingenia is seeking a Site Supervisor to play a key role in delivering high-quality residential communities across NSW.
Reporting to the Building Manager, you'll be Ingenia’s on-site representative, responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction activities from early works through to handover and post-completion support, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The role is primarily site-based and works closely with project teams, contractors and operational stakeholders.

In this role, you will
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve efficient project delivery
- Drive a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with WHS legislation and Ingenia requirements
- Monitor workmanship, manage quality inspections and oversee defect identification and rectification
- Maintain site records, reporting and documentation, while supporting project handovers and stakeholder communication
About You
- Minimum 5 years' site supervision experience within residential or domestic construction
- Contractor license/Nominated Supervisor license is highly regarded
- Proven experience leading trades, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders on active construction sites
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, plans, specifications and defect management
- Sound understanding of NSW WHS requirements and safe work practices, with a White Card
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
