PWG are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Fitter/Mechanic to join our dynamic team in a varied role where no two days are the same.
About Us
We are a Sydney water accredited constructor and we need your expertise to help maintain our plant equipment and be a valued member of our team.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Skill to maintain fleet, completing scheduled servicing on all plant and equipment
- Ability to complete major and minor repair to equipment with limited supervision
- Have the capability to identify potential future issues
- Complete preventive maintenance before issues develop
- Collaborate with the team and ensure minimal downtime
- Complete accurate maintenance records of each repair performed
- Appropriate certifications for the role (Mechanic and Whitecard)
- HR license and ability operator excavator proficiency, preferable
- Welder/boiler maker experience, desirable
