Shift Supervisor
20–30 hrs/week · 3–5 days · Award wages.
Three black bears are local business with three stores in se qld , that genuinely cares about doing things properly.
We are looking for an experienced or willing person to take on a supervisors role with real flexibility to also suit you .
What the role looks like
- You run the shift — calm, organised, and ahead of the rush
- You set the standard for the team — lead by example,
- Customers leave happy and the next shift walks into a clean, ready store
- Working Nights 2pm - 10pm
You are a good fit if you
- Think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
- Have a strong work ethic and take pride in doing things right
- Are willing to learn and grow — pizza skills we can teach, good character we cannot
- Are available a min of 3 days a week and at least one day on weekends (Fri–Sun)
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $33.19 – $39.83 per hour
