About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner you'll play an important role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of our financial planning systems and help deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.
- Assist with Group P&L, cash flow and balance sheet modelling.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, KPIs and ad hoc reporting.
- Develop financial models to support business growth initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Assist with continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting and business case modelling.
- Support the rollout and enhancement of our financial planning tools through testing, implementation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You are a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively. You'll bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions.
- Experience in a commercial finance environment or public accounting.
- Excellent analytical, communication and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
Highly Regarded
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or a similar ERP).
- Power BI experience.
- Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar planning software).
- Experience building and maintaining 3-way financial models.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Experience using enterprise AI tools.
