We are looking a senior property manager to handle a portfolio of circa 130 homes.
You will be supported by a leasing assistant who will cover the routines and provide assistance during Entry and Exit Inspections.
To be honest, we really want someone who is a great culture fit. We understand that traditionally in the PM world a lot of people have resorted to be being aggressive in approach to achieve their goals whereas we tend to find that approaching with compassion gets you a lot further in life.
Please only apply if you have a minimum of 3 years experience as a property manager. We really are looking for that senior leader to provide guidance to the newer people in their pod.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
