The Opportunity
Here is a good opportunity for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our Adelaide Team.
Job Description:
- ServiceNow ITSM Configuration, System Analysis and Development skills (Mandatory).
- Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design and implementation (Highly Desirable).
- Ability to consultatively engage with our customers for requirements analysis and providing guidance.
- Hands-on technical role, involving a high degree of software development skills and business & ServiceNow system analysis skills.
- Providing technical and functional subject matter expertise for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management) and GRC projects and third party system integrations either using your prior experience or through acquiring knowledge via on the job training.
- Solution design, implementation, customization, coding and development, business analysis, testing and support of ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
