We're hiring a Marketing & Content Lead

Confio is an advisory-led insurance business working with some of the most interesting founders and companies in the country. We're not your typical broker, and this definitely isn't your typical marketing job.
We've already got real momentum with two podcasts and a growing founder brand. Now we want one ambitious, creative person to take the reins.
This is the role you take when you want real ownership and room to build. We've laid the foundation, you get to scale it.
The opportunity
You'll be the person behind the camera, in the edit, and across every channel. You'll own marketing for a growing group of brands including Confio and Codex Insurance. Your role will be to shape how we show up to the world. You won't be handed a rigid playbook. You'll help write it.
Day to day, your role entails:
· Running our social media end to end from strategy to execution
· Filming, editing and publishing content that people actually stop to watch
· Producing two podcasts: The Socius Podcast (our business show) and The Insurance Series (our risk & insurance show)
· Building the personal brand of our founder, William Freitas (@williamfreitas)
· Turning the everyday moments of a fast-moving business into content worth following
Who we're looking for
You're early in your career but you've already got the eye for it. You know what makes someone stop scrolling, and you're across what's actually working right now. Not what worked two years ago!
You most likely:
· Live and breathe short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) and edit them yourself
· Have a real feel for personal branding and what makes a founder's content land
· Can run a shoot, a podcast recording and a posting schedule without someone holding your hand
· Are organised, self-driven, and won't accept "that'll do" energy
· Want to own something real
Bonus points if you've dabbled in design, copywriting, paid social or AI tools.
