We are a growing events company looking for a reliable and outgoing assistant to help with transporting, setting up, and running event equipment across Sydney.
Our events include corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, and more, offering a fun and dynamic work environment.
This is a casual role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants flexible weekend and evening work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport event equipment to and from venues
- Set up and pack down equipment on-site
- Assist guests during events and help create a fun experience
- Ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the event
- Handle equipment with care
Requirements:
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Own reliable car (required)
- Available on weekends and evenings
- Confident interacting with people
- Reliable and available mainly Fridays and Saturdays (from 3:00pm onwards)

- Able to work independently
- Someone who takes initiative and responsibility
- Located near or willing to travel to Lidcombe
Pay:
$40–$45 per hour
Additional Information:
- Work across various event locations in Sydney
- Trial shift will be required (paid training)
