At Kingfisher Bay Resort, we’re seeking a friendly and motivated Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, professional and memorable guest experiences, all while enjoying an incredible island lifestyle.
About the Role
As Guest Service Agent, you will be part of the Front Office team, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to enquiries and helping create a seamless resort experience from arrival to departure.
This is a full-time, live-on-island role on a rotating roster. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
About You

Previous experience in a guest service, front office, reception or customer-facing hospitality role
-
Experience in a hotel, resort or tourism environment highly regarded

Confidence using hotel booking/property management systems, with RMS, Opera or Sihot experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service

Proven ability to multi-task and adapt in a busy, changing environment

Positive, professional and solutions-focused attitude
-
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain

Open driver’s licence desirable

Legal right to work in Australia
