About the role
As a Trainee Educator, you will learn to:
- Build safe, trusting relationships with children
- Support children’s learning through play
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold child‑safe practices
- Work collaboratively with experienced educators across all age groups (0–5 years)
- Study and Complete your Certificate III while gaining hands‑on experience
- Full time paid position working across a rotating roster
- Work alongside a supportive team who will mentor and guide you
This is a full‑time paid traineeship with structured mentoring and ongoing professional development.
About you
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- A genuine commitment to children’s safety, rights, and wellbeing
- Warm, respectful communication
- Reliability, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow guidance and uphold professional boundaries
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency (traineeship requirement)
- A valid Working With Children Check
