We do domestic building maintenance for rental property managers, tailoring the kinds of jobs and location to suit your strengths. We also allocate work to suit the area you live in to minimise travel for you. We work with you as subcontractor so you’d have the freedom of managing your own time around your personal life, while having as much reliable work as you wish. You don’t have to quote for work or chase money, we do all that for you. Most of our guys make around $2k per week, but you could do double that or half that, depending on how much you wish to work. The starting rate would be $50/hr and there’s room to grow higher once proven.
All you need is;
- your own basic tools & transport, and an ABN (we can help you with the ABN, it’s easy)
- enjoy variety which may include some plastering & painting as well as basic carpentry
- enjoy the freedom of organising your own time & working on your own
- be self-motivated, trustworthy, and fit with a positive attitude
