Junior Estimator

We currently have an opening for an Estimator to join our Estimating Team. Reporting to the Senior Estimator you will be responsible for the full tender submission of lower value projects and work in a team to produce high-value tender submissions.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Quantity take off using estimating and earth-moving software
- First principle cost estimating
- Subcontract procurement
- Tender submission and presentation to clients
- Preparation of cost plans, time schedules and budgets
- Negotiation with clients and other stakeholders
Ideally you have:
- Completed your study or in your final year
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant trade qualifications or on-site experience are advantageous

Starting salary is included though it is commensurate with experience.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
