Experienced Assistant Manager / Floor Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Floor Supervisor to join our busy cafe restaurant in Narrabeen.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Please do not apply if you do not have previous restaurant floor management or supervisory experience.
The successful candidate must be confident running a busy restaurant floor, leading the FOH team and maintaining a high standard of customer service during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager role
- Strong experience working in a busy cafe or restaurant environment
- Confident managing and running the floor during busy service
- Able to lead, organise and support FOH staff
- Excellent customer service and ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organised, confident and able to work under pressure
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Additional weekday shifts are flexible and can be arranged based on your availability
