Restaurant Manager – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and support staff.
- Create and manage staff rosters and payroll reporting.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Drive sales, control costs, and achieve business targets.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems, stock control, and staff management.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
