As the Manager, you will
- Lead and manage the delivery of DTET regional programs, services and regional team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Provide expert advice, strategic analysis and support to the Regional Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs that support training and skilling initiatives in the region, while recommending solutions to address identified issues at both strategic and operational levels.
- Manage high-level networks with external organisations, government departments, industry and employers, to stay informed of trends and foster strategic partnerships relevant to vocational education and training (VET) issues.
- Engage and promote the department's services with stakeholders, including industry, employers, training organisations and community organisations, to understand their training and employment needs and translate these into effective solutions and service system responses.

- Lead and manage regional programs, services and teams to achieve operational objectives, performance outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice, analysis and support to senior leadership on complex operational, service delivery and stakeholder matters.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture through coaching, capability development and supportive leadership practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, including the ability to represent the region in high-level discussions and prepare quality reports, briefings and correspondence.
