Location: Western Sydney
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to deliver high quality care and support to our clients across Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist clients with mobility, community participation and independance
- Support clients with mental health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate III Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in mental health (desirable)
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Reliable, roadworthy and fully insured vehicle
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
