About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant in both front of house and back of house, overseeing staff, food safety standards, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls and other menu items to company standards (experience in roll-making highly regarded)
- Support kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and packing
- All duties performed in the Kitchen must be carried out in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Recipes, and under the supervision and direction of the Kitchen Manager. Employees must not exercise independent discretion in recipe formulation or production planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
- Support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment
Shifts & Availability
- Full-Time role, 38 ordinary hours per week guaranteed
- Additional hours worked beyond the guaranteed 38 hours may occur based on business needs, and will be paid in accordance with the applicable overtime provisions under the Award
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Shifts may be between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable
Pay & Conditions
- Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development
Requirements
- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality and cooking experiences are preferred but not essential
