About the Role
We are looking for experienced support workers with a strong background in the disability and complex physical needs. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients in their homes and in the community. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living tasks, community access, transportation.
Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, and active overnights.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centered support that aligns with individual needs and care plans
- Assist with daily living activities
- Support community participation and social engagement
- Transport clients safely
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and respectful approach at all times
- Work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in the disability sector
- Experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy (CP)
- A positive, reliable, and client‑focused attitude
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to promoting choice, independence, and wellbeing
- Aged 30 and above (client request)

- Valid Driver’s License
- Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Comfortable working with and transporting pets

Pay: $33.00 – $62.00 per hour
