Title - Senior Tenant Engagement & Campaign Manager
Business Unit – JLL PDS Reporting to Strategic Communications Advisor
Current Asset - Premium Grade Asset in Melbourne CBD
Position Purpose
The Tenant Engagement & Campaign Manager will lead the delivery of marketing and customer engagement strategies for the asset.
This role is responsible for overseeing the establishment and integration of platforms and systems that support effective tenant communication and engagement, reporting directly to the Strategic Communications Advisor.
We are seeking a creative and forward thinking leader to drive the implementation of a six-month activation plan, including management of budgets, suppliers, stakeholders and the building community. As the implementation lead, you’ll bring fresh ideas and innovative campaigns that inspire and connect our tenants, enhancing the overall experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
_Act as the brand custodian responsible for overseeing use and execution of brand guidelines across all areas of the business.
_Responsible for the strategic marketing implementation including creation, management and roll-out of a 6 month marketing calendar.
_Report on customer insights and translate into strategies, best-practice outcomes and tactics.
Marketing Campaign management
_Proactively manage “always on” and campaign-based marketing activities, in conjunction with various agencies
_Active stakeholder, customer and retailer engagement to ensure marketing campaigns meet all stakeholder objectives
_Implement the agreed 6 month Customer and Tenant Engagement Plan to assist with Tenant retention and attraction Ensure compliance at all times with operational, OHSS and building safety requirements
_Ability to oversee entire campaign rollout from initial concept to production and execution
PR, Creative and Advertising
_Manage the CRM platform for the building
_Manage and oversee relationships with asset agency partners to deliver campaign extensions across creative, design, web, digital marketing, events and advertising
_Oversee website, digital communications across various platforms and digital marketing strategies
Reporting & Evaluation
_Reporting on all marketing functions, outputs and results Implementation and regular management of internal account documents such a WIPs, agendas, and budgets
_Prepare and present any and all reporting requirements across all marketing, brand, PR and communications facets
Performance objectives
_Database acquisition and retention
_Customer retention and satisfaction
_Demonstrate a high level of customer engagement through campaigns and activations
_Marketing campaign effectiveness and outcomes
_Improve and maintain a high standard of marketing, branding and communications across all internal and external outputs
_Overall contribution to the effective management of the building as a premium asset
Key skills
_5 + years’ experience minimum in a similar marketing role and/or relevant experience in either Premium-Grade commercial and/or retail assets, luxury, hotel or lifestyle marketing experience is preferred
_Strong written and verbal communication skills
_Ability to influence outcomes in a positive manner, in order to achieve role objectives
_Leadership, teamwork and management.
_ Initiative and decision making
_The role requires an individual who is conscientious, diligent and organised in their approach
_A demonstrated ability to think laterally, accommodate change and new ideas, and most importantly, to prioritise work
_Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
