We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting both clients and frontline teams to ensure exceptional care delivery, compliance, and a positive home environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the daily operations and service delivery across SIL environments

Provide high-quality personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and companionship to clients, empowering them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, compliant, and aligned with NDIS practice standards

Leading the development, implementation, and review of person-centred support plans

Ensuring documentation, progress notes, and reporting are completed accurately and in line with organisational policies and system requirements

Supporting clients through NDIS planning meetings, reviews, and goal progression

Participating in behaviour support planning and supporting the implementation of behaviour support strategies where required

Coaching, mentoring, and leading support staff to drive engagement, accountability, and high performance

Coordinating rosters, leave coverage, and recruitment requirements in collaboration with Scheduling and HR teams

Building strong relationships with clients, families, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For:

Previous leadership experience within the disability, community, or SIL sector

Strong understanding of person-centred care, NDIS frameworks, and compliance requirements

Willingness to participate in flexible working arrangements, including on-call support, evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required

Energetic, resilient, and compassionate with a genuine passion for supporting people living with disability

Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

Ability to effectively manage incidents, behaviours of concern, and team performance in a fast-paced environment

Current NSW Driver’s Licence and confidence driving company vehicles
-
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or related field (desirable)
