We are already very strongly established within the medical industry and are looking to expand into hospitality (and other industries) and overseas.
We monitor the temperature of vaccine and hospitality fridges. We believe in both an exceptional product and exceptional customer service. We are now after an exceptional person to help find more people that we can help.

OUR SALES PHILOSOPHY
We strongly believe in a "trust based sales" methodology. This is fundamentally about finding out what the customer's needs are (ask questions!) and then providing good advice. It's not about closing the deal (but we normally do).
We also have the challenge of supporting a reseller network while trying to ensure we are getting into the large pharmacy chains and new markets.
We also believe that our success is a result of an exceptional product with exceptional service. It is about an exceptional experience that starts with our marketing, followed by sales, delivery and support.
We believe that we have great products that save lives and time. We just need the right person to help get the message out there.
ABOUT YOU (skills and capabilities)
You must be customer focused and willing to go above & beyond for an exceptional customer experience (not just service).
You need to have a sense of humour (we believe a good laugh and a smile can change someone’s day) and be open to instruction / discussion / feedback.
As you will also be talking to users on the phone and writing emails, you must have good English skills.
Computer savvy and tech savvy ~ you must know your way around computers and have an ability to learn about a technical product. You will have a support team for all the really technical stuff, but at the end of the day, you are selling software and devices.
Sales support skills - find out what the customer actually needs and ensure they get it. This is not about convincing strangers to buy our product. It is about ensuring the customer gets the right product for their needs, even if that means buying elsewhere.
Business development skills - know how to grow a network of resellers as well as connect with the major contacts within an industry.
You must be a NON-SMOKER, and that includes vaping.
We are located in or near Castle Hill NSW 2154 (AUSTRALIA). We support our locals, so we ideally want a local person. This is NOT A REMOTE ROLE.

Summary
Job Type: Full-time Permanent (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm)
Salary: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
Must have full working rights in Australia - Citizenship. We will not be sponsoring Visa applications. You must live in Sydney NSW, ideally within 5km of the office.
