We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work in our Echuca clinic . This role is a Full-Time Position working Monday to Friday with hours between 7.45am-5.30pm.
What will you be doing?
- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception.
- Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound).
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
Our Ideal Candidate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service Experience
- Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
- Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
