1. Rentons Labels (Commercial Printing)
- Act as the friendly first point of contact, answering customer calls and providing exceptional service.
- Generate accurate quotes and ensure all information is perfectly prepared.
- Shepherd jobs seamlessly through the production floor and out the door for delivery.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
2. LabEX (E-Commerce)
- Manage online customer service for our digital platform, which supplies high-quality labels for all industries.
- Get hands-on with cutting-edge tech: train, manage, and optimise our AI chatbot system to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate directly with our web development partners to implement site improvements based on real customer feedback.
- Identify new opportunities to automate workflows and streamline operations across the business.
