The Workplace Compliance Operation teams work closely with professional and academic colleagues to ensure that the University meets its operational compliance obligations in re lation to casual academics. The teams drive continuous improvement, embeds consistent best-practice, processes and frameworks, while overseeing operational compliance across all faculties and business areas. Together, the teams ensure consistent, cohesive standards are maintained , and that all casual academic staff are paid accurately in line with University policies and procedure and legislative requirements.
As Communications Specialist you are responsible for leading the strategic design and provision of communications across the University supporting University staff to understand their compliance obligations with the Enterprise Agreement, the University’s HR and industrial relations policies and the overall workplace compliance and operations process.
The role has a specific focus on compliance, education, awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
