The Automotive Group (TAG) are proud to be market leaders in our industry, driven by a successful and continually expanding sales program. We're currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our growing business.
This is a field-based role where you'll coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service/Sales Consultants working across a range of car service departments within your allocated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily field visits to support and guide staff in multiple service department locations
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of customer service and sales professionals
- Drive sales outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvement
What You’ll Bring:
- Leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a customer-facing or automotive setting
- A confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Sales and customer service mindset
- A current driver’s licence and ability to work independently across locations
- Experience or interest in recruitment and staff development
