We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.
This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.
Full-time position available.
Mon to Friday 9:00 am to 17:30pm
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a small team of 2–4 cleaning staff.

Coordinate pre-clean and day-cleaning duties to maintain high presentation standards.

Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to client expectations

Lead by example with a hands-on approach to daily cleaning tasks

Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and maintain team morale

Communicate effectively with store representatives
-
High standards expected due to premium retail setting

Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
-
Able to work flexible hours (early mornings/day shifts if required)

Strong cleaning experience is required.

Experience in supervising and managing a tea,
-
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Good client management skills.
-
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.

Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
-
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
-
Basic computer and phone application knowledge.
-
Ability to verify certain requirements.
-
Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering.
-
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
