Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be assisting them with their luggage and escorting them to their rooms. You will work closely with the front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in guest services or Porter/ bell attendant roles, preferably in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
- Physically fit to lift and carry luggage safely
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for service
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel amenities, local attractions, and transport options preferred
