We are currently hiring for two positions:
- Chef – Modern Australian Café & Restaurant
- Barista & Front of House Staff

1. Chef – Modern Australian Café & Restaurant
About the role:
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our café and restaurant serving modern Australian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.
Chef Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef in a café or restaurant.
- Experience with modern Australian cuisine (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Relevant chef qualifications (preferred).
2. Barista & Front of House Staff
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and energetic Barista & Front of House team member who is passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve customers.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and dining area.
- Work efficiently in a busy team environment.
Barista & Front of House Requirements
- Valid RSA certification is mandatory.
- Barista certification and coffee-making experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Well-presented, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
