The role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant at Palm Lake Resort, Yamba Cove. You'll work alongside our Sales Manager, taking prospective homeowners from first enquiry through to settlement and handover.
What you'll do

Own your enquiry pipeline from first call to keys in hand;

Run display home and resort tours that have clients picturing themselves living here;

Build real relationships with buyers and their adult children, who are often a key part of the decision-making;

Keep deposit holders engaged and confident through to settlement;

Manage selections, contracts, deposits and handovers;

Support on-site events and buyer engagement activities;

Keep sales records, database and collateral accurate and current.
What you'll bring

A track record of closing, ideally in property or land lease;

The discipline to keep your pipeline warm;

Genuine warmth with our mature clientele;

Exceptional communication and polished presentation;

Current C Class Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
