Northern Beaches Hospital - Ward 4A
What you'll be doing
Ward 4A is a 32 bed ard consisting of 6 dedicated stroke unit beds and 26 general medical beds. 4A is fast paced and an exciting place to work.
As an Enrolled Nurse you will utilise a high standard of evidence based nursing care to plan, assess and implement care for all patients in collaboration with the patient/ family and multidisciplinary team.
As an enrolled nurse, and to be successful in this role you will:
- Provide a high level of clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients
- Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals under the direction and supervision of the RN
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
