We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our busy and growing Italian restaurant team.
We’re after someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead a team while creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
The role
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating and developing our hospitality team
* Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
* Maintaining high standards of food, service and presentation
* Managing staff rosters, training and performance
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Helping drive sales and maintain strong operational standards
* Creating a positive, fun and professional workplace culture
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous restaurant management experience
* Is confident leading a team
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Can remain calm under pressure
* Has a strong understanding of hospitality operations
* Takes pride in delivering exceptional service
* Is energetic, reliable and genuinely passionate about the industry
