The Opportunity:
This is a part-time role working 15 hours per week across two days - Monday and Friday, based onsite at our Refinery, located near the Perth Airport. This is a maximum term contract through to late April 2027, with an ASAP start.
You'll play a key role in coordinating, facilitating, and advising on health and safety requirements across the business. The role has a strong focus on reporting, administration, toolbox talks, audits, and ensuring safety systems and processes are operating effectively.
We're looking for an experienced professional who can hit the ground running, maintain accurate safety information, support assurance activities, and help ensure safety standards are consistently applied across operational and contractor environments.
With a fixed roster, flexibility around school hours, and free onsite parking, this role offers a structured part-time opportunity that can fit well alongside family or other commitments.
About You:
You are an experienced health and safety professional who brings a practical, organised, and proactive approach to your work. You're confident engaging with stakeholders, apply sound judgement, and have a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
You will hold tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety and have experience in a similar role. Experience working with contractors or within project environments is desirable but not essential.
Most importantly, you are someone who can quickly establish credibility, work independently, and contribute to a strong safety culture from day one.
